I love the program! As well as enjoying the moves themselves, by committing to something small with NO pressure, it’s paradoxically opened me up to accessing other movement too. As well as doing the moves as I please, I started doing some body weight exercises in the backyard with my son, even getting confident to try cartwheels and handstands again at age 49, after years of inactivity. Synergising with this I’m working for an hour a day. Overall my body feels so much better and posture pains have become rare. My skin is even looked better and I’ve lost body fat.
I also particularly appreciate the concept around the core “can” and lowering rib cage. I’ve noticed I can sing better with this lowering of the ribs which is really interesting.
It’s going well. I’m enjoying the moves. The head hang is a modification of a head/neck flexibility exercise I was already doing and I’m enjoying the new way. I try to bend over starting with a hip hinge in doing every day tasks. Seems to help my lower back pain.
